Villa Lidia is a splendid restored 1900s villa. The original style and elegant architecture of the early century were maintained.
At just 150mt. from the beach and 500mt. from Viale Ceccarini, Villa Lidia is in a central yet peaceful position.
This villa is a true paradise where you can spend an unforgettable holiday.
Villa Lidia offers a wide range of comforts: heated pool with Jacuzzi (from end-May to mid-September), daily porter in the summer period, some enclosed parking places at ca 150 mt far from the residence (to be requested on booking).
The apartments offer satellite TV, air conditioning (from the end of June to the end of August), safes, videophone.
Some apartments on the ground floor have independent courtyard.

Modern residence situated on seafront north of Riccione, separated only by the promenade.
The complex is in a good position near to beach and shops.
The apartments are completely independent and well furnished with wide balconies, mostly with sea-view.

The residence has lift and parking place.
Possibility of a 'top floor' flat for 6 people with air conditioning and a sea view terrace of 113 square metre, furnished with sun beds to relax on open air.
